We use EMS for overseas shipments. If you purchase from our online shop, you do not have to pay the handling fees that are required when purchasing through an agent.

【お買い物の流れ】Shopping Process

ステップ１

商品ページで数量とカラーを選択する。
※数量「１」=「10cm」または「1個」

Select quantity and color on the product page.
Quantity1 = 10cm or one piece unit

 

ステップ２

「カートに入れる」をクリック

Click “カートに入れる(=Add to Cart)”.

 

ステップ３

カート内にページが切り替わるので、内容を確認し「購入手続きへ」をクリック
※お買い物を続けるには「買い物を続ける」をクリックします。

When the page switches to the cart, confirm the contents and click “Proceed to Purchase”.
To continue shopping, click “買い物を続ける(=Continue Shopping)”

 

ステップ４

お客様情報を入力します。

Enter your information.

●ノムラテーラー会員登録をされている方はご購入手続きの画面よりログインを行ってください。

If you are a registered member, please log in from the purchase procedure screen.
.

●ノムラテーラー会員登録をされていない方「会員登録後に購入」、または「会員登録せずに購入」のいづれかを選択し、クリックしてください。
※「会員登録」をしていただくと、次回以降のお買い物をスムーズに行えます。

If you are not a registered member, please select either “会員登録後に購入(=Purchase after registration)” or “会員登録せずに購入(=Purchase without registration)”.
If you register as a member, you will be able to shop more smoothly next time.

【ご注文時の配送先登録方法】[How to register a delivery address]

下記項目は必須です。
The following item is required.

・名前　Name
・電話番号　Phone number
・メールアドレス　E-Mail address
・郵便番号　Zip/Postal code　→[000-0000]
※海外の郵便番号を使用している場合は入力できませんので、「000-0000」と入力してください。
If you are using an overseas zip code, please enter “000-0000”.
・都道府県　Prefectures　→【その他】(=others)

 

ステップ５

「会員登録せずに購入」をクリックされた方は、お客様情報を入力し、「お届け先を指定」をクリックしてください。

If you clicked  “会員登録せずに購入(=Purchase without registration)”, please enter your information and click “お届け先を指定(=Specify shipping address)”.

 

ステップ６

お届け先を入力してください。配送方法は「国際配送」を選択。
お客様情報と同じ場合は、そのまま「お支払い方法を選択」をクリックしてください。

Enter your shipping address. Select “International Shipping” as the shipping method.
If the information is the same as your customer information, please click “Select Payment Method” without changing the information.

既に会員のお客様はSTEP6から進んでいただきます。

If you are already a member, please proceed from STEP 6.

 

ステップ７

確認画面で、入力内容に間違いがないかをチェックしてください。
問題がなければ「注文確定」をクリックします。

Please confirm that the information you entered is correct on the confirmation screen.
If there are no problems, click “Confirm Order”.

※ご注文後のお客様都合によりキャンセルや変更は致しかねますので、ご注文の色、商品、数量にお間違えがないか今一度ご確認ください。

We cannot cancel or change your order after it has been placed. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct color, product, and quantity.

 

ステップ８

「ご注文ありがとうございました」画面が表示されます。
The “Thank you for your order” screen will appear.

ひとまずこれでご注文は完了しました!
Your order is now complete for the moment!

 

ステップ９

ノムラテーラーよりご注文確定メールが届きます。
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Nomura Tailor.

 

ステップ１０

ご注文商品の準備が整いましたら、送料の連絡をします。
When your order is ready, we will contact you regarding shipping charges.

 

ステップ１１

送料の確認をして頂き、弊社から発送の準備を進めます。
Once you have confirmed the shipping charges, we will proceed to prepare the shipment.
